OPTIMESH
Guiding needles are placed under x-ray which allow miniature expandable instruments to be placed inside the vertebrae. They shape a cavity inside the vertebrae. OptiMesh is a porous, conformable mesh sack which is placed inside the vertebrae and filled with donated bone material.
