Founded by Dr. Lipman, the mission of ATLII is to provide personalized, compassionate care. Initial consultations with Dr. Lipman often take 45 minutes or more, which provide patients unparalleled access to the physician. This insures that the patient's questions will be thoroughly answered, and the patient will be comfortable with the treatment plan that is chosen.

Any patient treated by Dr. Lipman has their own private nurse that takes care of them throughout their stay (1:1 patient:nurse ratio). Nurses that recover Dr. Lipman's patients, only care for his patients, which provides greater attention and care to each and every patient.

Dr. Lipman only performs Interventional Radiology; while most community Interventional Radiologists split time between Diagnostic Radiology (i.e. interpreting x-rays) and Interventional Radiology (i.e. caring for patients).
