Dr. Lipman is wonderful. He should be an example of how all physicians should treat and follow-up with their patients...

Dr. John C. Lipman, MD, FSIR

Dr. Lipman is a pioneer in the development of uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) and is an active participant in clinical research trials that have helped demonstrate the safety and efficacy of UFE as a treatment for uterine fibroids.

Dr. Lipman is board certified in Radiology and Vascular & Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He is the author of numerous published articles and has lectured physicians on UFE at some of the most prestigious medical centers in the country, including Harvard, Stanford, and Vanderbilt Medical Centers to name a few. He also lectures to community groups and is available upon request for lectures, health fairs, and wellness seminars.

Dr. Lipman has made it his life goal to educate women who suffer silently with fibroids. He was the National Physician Spokesperson for Supermodel Beverly Johnson’s Fibroid Awareness Campaign. He has appeared live on CNN with Wolf Blitzer, and has been interviewed for USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, The Health Network, and WebMD. He currently is the Medical Director of The Center for Image-Guided Procedures at Emory-Adventist Hospital in Smyrna, Georgia.
